Register

Please read these instructions before registering!

You do not need to create an account on sciencesconf.org.

To register for the conference, please go to https://uga.azur-colloque.fr/inscription/en/196/inscription.

The registration fees are as follows:

• Student (early bird): 250 EUR
• Student (full): 300 EUR
• Regular (early bird): 350 EUR
• Regular (full): 400 EUR

In addition to the registration fee, you will need to pay the 40 EUR ESPP membership fee.

The registration fees include catered lunches and coffee breaks on site, as well as the reception on the evening of the first day of the conference.

The registration fees do not include the conference dinner. The cost of the dinner is 45 EUR; please select the appropriate option if you plan to attend the dinner.

Payment is by credit card. When you register, you will be given the option of paying immediately or delaying payment by one week. If you choose to delay payment but do not pay within a week, your registration will be deleted automatically, and you will need to re-register.

The deadline for early bird registration is 20/05/2024. The final registration deadline is 17/06/2024.

We have limited control over the registration interface, and some steps of the registration process may strike you as idiosyncratic:

• Some text may be in French. In particular, the answers for the "gender" option on the first page are in French. Choose "M" for "Mr" and "Mme" for "Ms".
• Please choose "yes" when asked whether you consent to be photographed.
• You can select the default option when asked about your arrival and departure dates and times -- this information will not be used in any way.

Invited participants and organizers:

• Please register using the "invited" option.
• Please do not select the dinner option. You will be registered for dinner as long as you register for the conference.
